The most mouth-watering brownie recipe you’ll ever see … without the guilt – thanks to the all-natural, all-organic ingredients.
200g organic salted butter, softened
1 ½ cups organic rapadura Sugar
1 cup organic cocoa powder
3 organic eggs
½ cup organic Plain Flour
150g organic milk chocolate drops (substitute for dark chocolate drops for a less sweet variation or a combination of both drops could be used)
Organic icing sugar to dust
Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and cocoa for 4-5 minutes until creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in flour and milk and dark chocolate drops.
Transfer mixture to a greased 20cm square baking tin. Bake at 150C for 1 hour or until the surface of the brownie appears cracked.
The centre should appear almost uncooked. Cool in the tin.
Cut into squares. Just before serving dust with icing sugar.
